
CONSTRUCTION
Panels
have an outside face finished in various colours and
types of material to match buildings finish. Panels
are connected together each having a tongue and groove
sealed thermobreak and mechanically interlocked by
means of hinges.
These
panels each have wheels which run in side channels
which are fitted vertically against the opening the
type of lifting system's are shown above.
OPERATION
Three
types are available (i) Push-Up - Pull-Down by
hand.
(ii) Chain drive by means of hand chain. (iii)
Electrical
operation driven by electric motor.
INSULATION
Insulated
Doors have an polyurethane core which has been injected
between the outside and inside faces of the panel.
The
U value's range from 0.47 to 0.37 degrees.
WINDOW
Single
and double glazed windows are available in clear acrylic
and are 6OOmm x 200 to 300 wide. Single windows or
full width windows can be fitted.
LOCKING
Manually
Operated Doors - as standard equipment these doors
are fitted with flush lifting handle and internal
shoot bolt's for clients padlocks to be fitted to.
PASS
DOOR
These
are 'A' standard site and can be fitted to any door
up to 4500mm wide. And is supplied with a lock and
two keys.

FITTING
If
the fitting of the door is included in our quotation
fitting takes 1-3 working days per door depending
on door size - all jambs and hanger supports to be
fitted by others prior to our fitters' visiting site.
GUARANTEE
A
full one year guarantee is given on all doors starting
from the day the door is fitted on site or date door
is delivered or collected if supply only.
MAINTENANCE
These
doors should be regularly maintained. We therefore
offer a complete after sales service contract with
each door.
