Jet Stream Line Doors

Strong thin rapid rolling curtain developed with todays energy savings in mind. This quick action door can be fitted internally on its own or where added security is required it can be fitted behind any other of our doors from our vast range of products.

CONSTRUCTION

THE CURTAIN is manufactured from reinforced PVC. It's thickness depending on size of door opening. Alternative materials available on request.

SIDE GUIDES are fabricated from mild steel plates formed to provide a housing for curtain tensioning springs and wind bar.

CANOPY Galvanised sheet metal canopy is supplied as standard to encase the roller mechanism at the head of the door.

WIND BAR fitted to bottom of curtain not only to help prevent curtain from being forced out of guides but also to act as a weight to keep the curtain rigid. SAFETY EDGE A sealed neoprene tube is fitted to the bottom of the curtain and is connected to an electro­pneumatic switch: thus if this comes into contact with an obstruction, the door will stop and automatically reverse. DRIVE UNIT A compact three phase motor unit with integral limit switches and brake, also brake release for manual operation in the event of a power failure. Various motor sizes are available depending on opening dimensions.

ELECTRICS All electrical wiring is carried out by our experienced electricians. All we require to be supplied by yourselves is the three phase power supply terminating at an isolator
